Glycemic Foundation Fiber Balls
Ingredients:
2 scoops Glycemic Foundation
1/2 Cup Dry Old Fashioned Oats
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter (or Any Nut Butter)
1-2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5-6 Tablespoons Lukewarm Water
Directions:
Mix Ingredients in a mixing bowl and roll into 2 inch balls
Yields 6
Refrigerate and consume within 48 hrs.
