Raspberry and or Strawberry & Banana Smoothie


Ingredients:

½ cup frozen raspberries (or Strawberries)
1 small banana (peeled)
2/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
½ cup ice
2 Tbsp low-fat plain yogurt
3 tsp wheat germ
1 tsp honey
1 scoop K-Pax Strawberry Blast or Raspberry Lemonade

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into tall glass and serve immediately.
