Gone Bananas Smoothie


Ingredients:

8g-16g of Deeper Greens
1 fresh banana
½ cup of ice
1 cup of soymilk, rice milk, or dairy milk
Optional:  ½ cup of yogurt, frozen banana bits, and/or your choice of seeds or nuts

Directions:
Put in blender and blend on medium for 1-2 minutes until smooth
