Get-You-Through-the-Day Smoothie
Ingredients: 1 scoop of Deeper Greens
½ cup of soy, rice, or whey protein powder (whichever is non-allergic to a person)
¼ cup Blueberries
¼ cup Strawberries
¼ cup Bananas
1 cup of filtered/purified water
1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds
Crushed ice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
