Glycemic Hot Chocolate
Ingredients: 1 large coffee mug of hot milk
1 scoop of Glycemic Foundation
1-2 drops of mint extract
1-2 tablespoons whipped topping or 10-15 mini marshmallows
Directions:
Heat mug of milk in microwave for approximately 90 seconds or until hot. Stir in scoop of Glycemic Foundation until dissolved. Add drops of mint extract and stir. Top off with whipped topping or mini marshmallows. Sit back and enjoy.
